Refund policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your parcel. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and repair it.

 


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted products or gift cards.

 


Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your existing item and, once your return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 


European Union 14-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without giving a reason or justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 


Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
